By purchasing tickets through our website, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

2. Ticket Purchase

• Tickets are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• Tickets are valid only for the selected date or as specified
• Any Day tickets can be used on any operating day
• Weekday tickets are valid Sunday to Thursday (excluding public holidays)
• Free entry requires valid ID/documentation at the gate

3. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED)
• Promotional discounts are subject to availability and may change without notice
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe
• VAT is included in the final price as per UAE regulations

4. Entry Requirements

• Present your digital ticket (QR code) at the entrance
• Each ticket is valid for single entry only
• Management reserves the right to refuse entry
• Follow all venue rules and regulations

5. Free Entry Eligibility

• Children under 3 years: Free entry with valid ID
• Senior citizens 65+: Free entry with valid ID
• People of Determination: Free entry with valid documentation
• Must be accompanied by a paying adult

6. Cancellation Policy

• Tickets are generally non-refundable
• In case of venue closure, alternative dates will be offered
• Contact customer support for exceptional circumstances

7. Liability

We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury during your visit. Visitors are responsible for their personal belongings and must follow all safety guidelines.
